Project Description:
Each year 20,000+ Cisco sales staff descend on Las Vegas for the Company’s annual Global Sales Experience: a 4-day event featuring a series of learning, networking and collaboration opportunities. Following a competitive RFP, in 2015 Spinifex Group became Cisco’s digital experiential agency, where we were tasked with designing and developing a series of interactive engagements and media experiences to engage the diverse global audience.

2015 saw the unveiling of the MegaDash: a 60’ x 30’ structure comprising 4 shipping containers, a live studio, a cinematic projection screen broadcasting live and pre-produced content, along with a series of interactive demos and games. Hosted by Caroline Rhea, of Sabrina the Teenage Witch fame, MegaDash created a focal point within “The Hub” – Cisco’s learning and networking space – delivering excitement, entertainment and fostering interactivity and collaboration.

As the Account Director, I oversaw the 6-month process, managing a team of 20+ through ideation, scoping, technical execution, media production, interactive development, financial management and onsite delivery.
